On a more serious note (is that allowed in this thread?), chels is absolutely right, the guarantee should have been delivered. Obviously this was a 'tenth of a penny' calculation issue but we should be rounding up, so I'll pass that onto the team.
What they're going to do going forward without all the extra sun holidays I just don't know...

The "start" button doesn't appear.
The video just stalls when it tries to load.
Must be our connections/computers/weather conditions etc.
