Don't ask why I checked flop. But when he pots the turn, I'm a bit worried. Then goes all in on river. Would you call? I don't see what I beat other than ace ten.

Did you consider 3-betting this pre? I think I prefer this to flatting. You must c-bet this board if you are the aggressor or bet when checked to. This is probably a much bigger mistake than analysing whether as played the river is a call.

After your flop check I would call down here. Kj and flushes for value but could even be value betting worse like AT or A6 or be playing a random hand weirdly after you showed weakness on the flop.

Never played finnerty10 - do you have a read on them, preflop and postflop?

Will give what I would do vs someone I have no reads on in this tournament.

Preflop - 3b on 'most' occasions. Simply because you are in position with a strong hand here. With 45bb I think 3b is > than calling.

Flop - Can bet a lot of the time unless you are looking to mix it up with opponents. Being last to act I would be betting a large majority of the time.

Turn - Call of a pot bet looks fine.

River - Big bet, not sure what they have here. Hand has gotten a little messy however given how played I would likely...... fold.

I think calling or 3b pre is fine, but checking that flop is criminal imo. There are just so many worse hands that call here we have to bet, think any two broadways, random Ax etc. As played, as tonyp points out, we are hugely under-repped by checking the flop so I would say we have to call, far too many 2p and occasional punt bluffs here (if a flush is on the board I get behind a fold far more). We ofc lose to KJ a chunk of the time, but in a main we can’t be laying down top two that often vs a probably rec. Just my two cents, I could be wildly wrong.

i would definitely 3bet, especially if you are on the button (i think you are), otherwise you're pricing the bb in. But i guess you can call if you are confident enough to play AQ 3 way. I think the biggest mistake is no cbet, especially with 2 others in the pot. I wouldn't be surprised to see kj here.

As played, sticky spot on the turn (is your stack big enough to raise the turn bet? i dont know), then the river is a fold imho, but you really shouldnt be in that position by the river.

If we're just focusing on the river, I would say river is wp. In my experience, villains who pot the turn then 2X pot river (effective) always have it. And if they don't have it, they have the next best thing to it. I would be extremely surprised if you're shown AT/A6 here.

This isn't an invitation to overbet rivers v me btw to anyone reading, but it almost is.
