Table sounds are at MAX!

Yes, for some reason the table sounds are at maximum and really loud. They stay exactly the same even if I turn them all the way off in the settings.

This is in the downloadable client. What's going on?!

    I think somehow you must have elevated the volume, Liftman

    This started happening to me a week or so back. Sound won't adjust when you move volume down on slider. I'm now playing with all sound off so I can still play music, vids etc thru computer speakers without being deafened by chips being shufffled.

    I haven't played in a while and when I started the client there was an update for the software. Maybe that has broke something?

    Sir Tony been moving my thread?... I wondered where it went!

    Yeah I can't get rid of this problem. Even if I disable all sounds it works for a bit and then they magically enable themselves at full volume.

    Like I said there was a software update for the client and maybe that is bugged somehow, I cant see what else it could be.

    @liftman.
    I think it may be your soundcard , what PC system do you have?

    Soundblaster X Fi or something like that. It shouldn't be that anyway as Sky Poker has worked fine for years on the same hardware. It's only since this new software update that the audio has gained a mind of its own.

    And as above, it seems someone else has the issue too. shrug

    @Liftman I am not sure when you said you turn the sound way off in the settings, if you only meant in the poker client settings.

    Have you tried going to the sound options in your Operating System, and lowering the volume there?

    I am still running Windows 7, but you can open sound 'mixer' and lower specific application sounds there. As you can see, Sky Poker is there.

    I am sure if running Windows 10 there would be a similar setting/option.

    Worth a shot I guess. Good luck
