account history and rake back?

I like to check I get the rake back its not much but still meant to have. It has not gone in yet which usually would not be a big deal however since Sky has changed the account history stuff I can no longer see if it goes in.
If I did not intend to play no biggy I know what my account balance was and what rakeback should be so would know when paid.
However I dont keep separate logs of every single tournament and sit and go I do on this site I just take my starting balance and my balance after a session to know if I am profitable or not. or how much so. I dont like a situation where I dont know if I got rake back at all and or if my calculated win/loss for the day is distorted by the lack of or the inclusion of rakeback.

Sky Pokier Rewards for the week ending Sunday 10th July were submitted for approval at 11.50 this morning, approved at 14.44 & credited to players at 15.04. They don't all go through simultaneously, but are invariably paid to everyone eligible within half an hour of being approved to credit, so you should have had the money by mid-afternoon.
As a general rule they are always paid on the Monday afternoon, though the T & C's state....
4. Rewards will be credited within 48 hours after the end of each week during the Promotional Period.
I don't have any update on the Account History thing at present.
I completely understand why you worry about these things, but it is highly unlikely that they don't ever get paid on a Monday, even though the T & C's state "Sky Poker Rewards will be credited within 48 hours", i.e., by no later than Tuesday. It's certainly never been later than the Tuesday, & that will have been on no more than 2 occasions in 15 years.
