Poker app not working

Poker app not working at all after reinstall and update.
All it displays is "This is an invisible page"
Will the app be fixed or is this the end of life for skypoker on Mac OSX?

I really have no idea of how things work (or not) on a Mac, but I'll try & find out for you.

skypoker is dead in the water, the app is outdated and a terrible interface, shame on sky for letting uk poker players down.

i dunno about on mac, but on PC inorder to get the client to install you need to download the "old version" of adobe air.....

so on this page https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime try downloading the file for mac that is labelled AIR runtime including WebKit - version 33.1.1.744.

its the second option, and second clickable download button.


once thats installed, then download and install sky poker client.

sky are so lazy and obtuse, they should address this issue, it's not up to players to solve it for them, it will put off players coming to sky to play poker and clearly by the numbers it has.

@dakotaskye I use a mac desktop, currently OS Monterey, I have had issues with previous versions but not for long periods. I just the browser version, works fine for me.

I do have to agree, the app is very poor and they definitely missed capturing the market with that and have probably lost of revenue

Tech support are none existent, only interested in the rake. The only option is to withdraw all my roll and take it to stars, goodbye every one who i've played, sky poker is over. I thought it was rigged anyway, no loss.
