Thoroughly enjoyed that and will play it again when free. (edit : When I'm free, didn't mean the entries lol)
Pretty much a newbie to Omaha but love it and am seriously planning putting all my efforts into learning the finer points. Too many sharks at NLHE.
Hit nothing in the 7.10 and couldn't get it going at all. But, crucially, did better than James.
Went deep in the 9.40. 7th of 17 at one point. But then got AA destroyed by a river twice and BOOM! Out. But, crucially, did better than James :-)
I know AA's not all that in Omaha but you've got to go with it when stacks are short and final table's looming, no?
Couple of questions if you don't mind;
I pretty much know what a good starting hand is in Omaha. Double suited, pairs, wraps et al. But when should you raise pre when deep stacked? I seemed to scare everyone away when I raised early. I'm thinking that's not too bad with AA or KK but not so clever with a wrap double suited hand? I think I've got the logistics of what a good hand is pre and even post but betting sizes/ bluffing I'm not sure of yet.
I've forgotten my other question.
Loving Omaha though and am going to play a lot of low stakes stuff henceforth to learn it. Every hand's a thought process. Every hand's a winner. Every nutz is a bad beat waiting to happen. Loving it. I'm converted.
