So im guessing this is going to be skys version of the WCOOP.

Anyways great news sky may take a couple of sats into a couple of events but still not 100% sure.

To go with that hoodie a cap too please :)

Think the UKOPS is a good idea..i doubt i'll be in ne events unless i satelite, but for me i'd be interested in watching the events.

im sure there will be some uk talented pro's who don't neccesarily play on sky, look at the value a £20k bh for £100 and snap it up..

i for one enjoy watching poker and wud be marvellous if we saw the likes of toby lewis, james keys, rupert elder, razavi, persaud..blimey even channing tangling with the likes of elsadog, scotty, lol_raise and the other succesful mtt players on here.

great job sky, now promote it as much as possible to garner interest

Great idea... i'm going to try and build up my mini roll to give these sats a decent go. If this gets good advertising in other places it's going to be a massive success.

Just looked at the events on here: http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=55298.0

And won't the high roller have a very late finish if it starts at 8pm? with a 10,000 chips starting stack and 15 min clock?
Im sure the blind structure will be a bit differnt to the normal rollers, but just looks long!

Yeah this definetly needs it's own promotion page on the website or even an independant site.

I see the promo page has a picture of a UKOPS bracelet.

Does that mean the winners get bracelets?

I hope so, awarding them would greatly enhance interest, particularly if the series is a success and goes on to become an annual event.

It would be good if Ante's and a reasonable time bank was incorporated into these tournaments, especially the higher buyin ones.

Hi Chirpy - all events will have an increased 30 second decision time apart from the Turbo event which will have a standard decision time of 20 seconds.

    Thanks
