    hi just a short note to wish you well!!!!! i took a heart attack in july and got 2 stents inserted at the ripe old age of 40 anyway i am on the mend now and feelin good.....but whatever you do dont play whilst in hospital read a book instead( i played bad idea) would have to say reading the forum helped me along.....anyway wishing a speedy recovery

    cheers for the update. did start a thread yest asking how the nutter was doin. i know its too late for entrys into next yrs london marathon, but the year after i expect to see ya there!!
