Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.
Tonight on Sky Poker TV, Channel 865 we're all over UKOPS LIVE!
Yes, it's UKOPS 4- the £530 buy-in High Roller with a guaranteed prize pool of £25,000.
Our greatest names are lining up to contest it, so if you weren't lucky enough to satellite in then grab a can and some popcorn, put your feet up tonight and simply marvel at the play.
Amongst the contenders at the time of going to press...
Lolufold aka Redmond Lee
LJamesL aka James Williams
Yoyo aka Julian Thew
Ted Giddzo aka Ed Giddens
Nutter5932 aka Ben Nuttall
Gliterbabe aka Wayne Rideout
DanTB10 aka Dan Brown
Yep, it's a proper premier A-Class field tonight with one of Sky Poker's biggest ever online first prizes.
In the studio following the action will be...
Richard Orford (foreground, looking miserable because I'm sat next to him) and Tikay (background, where he belongs).
And charged with the double task of keeping the peace and interpreting the action is another top quality guest, and no stranger to high roller events himself, having taken down this year's WPT Vienna High Roller Event...
McLean Karr
Here's a quick clipping which gives you a flavour of the player...
Mclean Karr Destroys The Competition And Wins the €10k WPT Vienna High Roller
Mclean Karr and poker glory know each other fairly well. The American amassed just under $1.5 million in live tournament earnings in 2010 alone. Included in that gargantuan haul were two first place finishes. He defeated 333 players in the WPT Bay 1010 Shooting Stars Event and later that year won the EPT London High Roller. So the man had a track record when it came to closing out events, but he didn’t just close out this tournament he owned it from start to finish.
As well as questions to McLean, here's a subject for you to get your teeth into...
What's wrong with your game?
What's the one thing that you just can't master in poker? Is it bankroll management? Playing on tilt? Playing big Aces out of position? Value betting? See if you can identify the weakness in your game and let us know for some sympathy and, more importantly, some honest and constructive advice from Tikay and McLean.
Post away and we'll read it out live on air from 8!
Everyone who posts/emails something we read out tonight will go into a hat, from which a randomly picked name will win free entry into this Saturday's Bounty Hunter worth £22 and possibly a lot more!
So, it's got it all tonight. Get your questions in for McLean and your thoughts on tonight's topic on this thread and all your usual banter.
We'll be waiting! See you at 8!

Look out for the draw towards the end of the show!
Tonight sees the premiere of all the footage from last week's Sky Poker Tour 2011/12 Leg 1 at DTD.
It's on every ad break in the first two hours of the show- don't miss it!
Really looking forward to the show tonite. Viewing figures should be through the roof with UKOPS. Great guest as usual so have a good show.
Anyways, what's wrong with my game?
As you know Rich I'm fairly knew and although I'm learning relatively quickly on a small BR the ONE thing that I struggle with is AGGRESSION. I play MTT's and like the Deepstacks as I get good value for money but when I'm deciding to raise 3x/4x part of me is thinking "crikey that's a lot of chips to be throwing in the middle" and sometimes still (and say it quietly) LIMP. I am getting better but would value the teams views.
I know there's a lot in this question but how do you learn AGGRESSION. Does it come naturally or is it just a case of adapting your game? Or am I destined to be a passive player?
pad
p.s. Managed 7th in the Orfy freeroll so thanks again.
Aggression
Is it overrated??
Just a question regarding the overall outcome of this style of play? Does it benifit you playing this way or are you best playing like a sleeping log until it comes to crunch time.
I ask this as I used to play mega tight (and did ok) but wanted to adapt my game to win bigger games rarther than just cashing or scrapping to final table.
This style has worked to a point, yet I find if I'm running deep in a tourni and am big stacked I can't help calling the aipf with AK, 10 10 ect and its a big downfall.
Where is the turning point where you think, Im doing nicely I'll sit back for a while?? Or do you carry on gun ho (as most hands I call are fav pre, just ul flops) and hope it comes eventually?
