qualified for primo but not registered

Hi everyone, in the primo semi I qualified for primo but was not registered. Has anyone had this happen to them? It is the fisrt time I have seen this happen. Is this site not very secure?

    this is rare, i would contact customer care, and if there was a mistake im sure they will put u in next week and apologise

    I did contact them straight away. They said that this has never happened before and will have to look into it.
    I am not convinced that this is unique

    That is just Bull, I think it was just 2 or 3 days ago Macapaca (I think) qualified for the SPT Semi and wasn't registered... It was sorted by CC in the end though and he was entered for the next day.

    What's going on......pls someone explain........................the op is by 'Anonymous' with no previous posts to his/her name......and then greghogg makes a comment and we get a reply from 'gez bear', who has 1 post to his  name, thanking greghogg ........confused or what!

    its not difficult, gez-bear posted when he wasnt logged in, he then logged in and posted his first forum post
