Gettings Sky Pics Approved

Hey guys,

I remember a while ago when I changed my picture that someone told me a trick to make it appear. There was a point where it had been approved but wasn't showing up when I looked at my forum posts and someone told me to do something, I think it was to do with refreshing something...

Can someone remind me if they know what I mean.

    hi paul normally pressing ctrl & f5 clears the cached pages and refreshes
