I see this a lot - why can I not re-raise the non-all-in caller?

Only option is to call the extra 55

Shocking bad beat as well lol

I think it happens when his allin is so small that its not big enough to be a min-reraise to the previous bet so it's just basically counted as a call.

    It's what I just explained.

Also, are you any closer to arranging your HUs game Ploppy?

His reraise all in is less than the minimum reraise allowed so you can only call.

    Learn something new every day!

Now I just need to figure out how I went out to an UTG Limp with 75o which called my 25BB shove?

    Any ideas?

    It's pretty logical really

You raised and the guy went all in but for less than a minimum 3 bet, you can only call because the all in player has not raised, this is called an under-raise as mentioned earlier and wouldn't be legal unless it was an all in move

    Standard betting rules.

Sometimes you need to remember this and be careful with your bet sizing when you're intending get a lot of chips in the middle preflop with a short stack at the table. If you thought it likely herbert might put all his chips in you should have just limped behind tiggy, that way herberts push would have counted as a raise and you'd have the option to re-raise or shove over the top. A smaller raise, say 275, would have have given you that option too.
