The Omahartigan series was successful enough for someone to suggest a second series. BUT every night there is a main event plus a mini which are all hold-em . Why not try an Omaha mini/main perhaps on a tele night ( Sat/Sun ) when your experts can give the same sort of input that the other tele tourneys get?  And hopefully interest will grow.

Nice idea m8 but unfortunately the sky software cant cope with 4 hole cards, so no chance of any tv coverage.

They could deal them out manually as they go along using a real pack ... lol

Well the mini/main aint shown on a saturday night anyway cos its mastercash , this i reckon would be a gd night to give your idea a trial.

Imo this would work BUT its the numbers it would attract , as sky would LOSE rake on both of these tournys if holdem is replaced by omaha.

Shame cos i would play em both on a saturday night.

i love omaha - and the hartigan was really succesful - but it is annoying that there are no comps for under a fiver at night except the 1910hrs £3 plo.
