I,ve deposited , entered the promo code in the free bets section but it ssaying i,m not allowed in

i have plaayed more than a raked hand

Can anyone help?

    I was under the impression it was first time depositers only. I have not read all the bumph so I cant say for sure.

    It was open to all customers not just first time depositors.

    I read all the Bumph........Deposited..........Did a hit and run on the cash tables......

    Well actually, truth be known, I was hit and then I run lol.

    Maybe I can win some of it bit back in the Freeroll :)

    yes just go and play one hand in cash you have to be in a flop raked hand and thats it well thats what i did

    Qualification ended on the 30th Nov and is now closed, these were the terms:

    1. Enter promo code POKERDEPOSIT 

    2. Make a deposit of any amount

    3. Play at least 1 raked hand (a raked hand is any hand that sees the flop within a cash game only)

    Do this before midnight on the 30th November to qualify for the £1000 Freeroll. The Freeroll will take place on Friday 2nd December. Customers that have qualified for the promotion, will be notified by email or SMS on Thursday 1st December when registration to the Freeroll is open. Registration won't be open until Thursday 1st December.

    I followed the rules as well and I'm not allowed in either,entrered the £250 guaranteed instead.
