Can someone please help me with this?

i won a £2.64 sub satellite into a £12.00 primo satelite on monday night, although only 2 people(incluing me) were registered for it therefore as it is 1 in 5 it was cancelled, however i was not refunded or anything so i'm wondering what should happen here? i should really atleast get i ticket so i can buy into another one or be refunded shouldn't i?

    Customer Care are the folks to help you here Loza. Details at the bottom of the page. 

    (That said, I'd be surprised if the entry fee wasn't refunded if the tournament was cancelled due to a lack of runners).

    thanks, i keep trying live chat but after ive typed in my details, it just goes bck to the start page of contact details? is live chat off at the moment?

    and im pretty sure it didnt, i didnt see a change on my account balance but i would have thought it should have :s

    I don't know of any problems with live chat, Loza... Try another browser possibly to see if that helps?
