CANT MAKE SKY SPT

Cant make sky spt due to a new job and work commitments, so rang sky askin if they could withdraw me and sell my seat and put me in another comp to the same value of £24. i qualified on the first day and was really looking forward to going my first spt. their reply was no sorry you will just have to be blinded out. So much for customer service.

    your request seems reasonable imo, alot of people dont bother telling sky if they cant make an SPT. there are lots of dead stacks often.

    its not a lack of cs..its that you won the seat so a £100 has been allocated
    to the tourny so it wouldnt bethdraw fair to withdraw it.....

    its a shame they cant sell it to the first alternate tho.

    had the same thing happen last year in luton, friend couldnt go. offered to by seat off him and was refused. sky policy im afraid

    sky talk a very good game but are not exactly pioneers in customer service

    i have had a very similar experience with a ukops main event qualification for xmas which as it stands is basically £200+ quid down the drain

    i appreciate skys rules but the "live chat" and email support are useless and it appears dont have the foggiest about poker

    sky wont give a flying one but i wont be spending another penny on here from here on in. I dont expect the support to match that of the worlds biggest site but to come somewere close would be nice, i can only go on my experiences and the biggest site in the world will continue to earn my money and sky wont.
