Mixed forum competition - Gauging interest

Last Thursday, I finally took the plunge and had a go at PLO8, having read the guide in the Poker School. Four days and just under £20 profit later, I can say it's definitely the most enjoyable card game I've ever played, and will definitely be entering the Xmas UKOPS side event for just £11. However, I'd imagine there's quite a few of people out there who haven't played either PLO or PLO8 before, or have been put off by the shortage of low stakes games and/or people playing, which is a shame, really.
Therefore, to encourage more people to give these games a go, I was wondering who'd be interested in a mixed forum competition? My idea is to have a league table over a period of maybe 12 weeks - Every week, there would be either a NLHE, PLO or PLO8 tournament, which everyone takes part in.
Over a 12 week period, 4 of each would be played (Or maybe 6 NLHE, 3 PLO, 3 PLO8 as people are more familiar with Hold'em? Idk) and people would take their best 8 scores, including a minimum of 2 from each game, and add them together to give a total score and a league position.
Just an idea at this stage, so nothing above is set in stone.
