Just watched tikay in the hot seat and just wanted to say what a story, what a guy he is an absolute flippin legend.

    Yeah it was a great show. I'm not complaining as it was really interesting but I thought he might have touched more on the poker side of his life. More info about how he got into it, when he got into it, when he started playing seriously etc, but it got brushed over a bit.

    Nevertheless it was a very interesting watch!

    Glad you enjoyed. I did try to get him on to poker but he doesn't half rattle on! ;-)

    Nah seriously, we just let Tikay tell his story. I think he's covered and continues to cover  all his many poker tales etc in the hundreds of hours of live TV he's does on the main show every week, so I thought it was good to hear him recount his life story away from the tables.

    Good to see how well this show has been received by all our viewers :-)

    TY TY, how embarrassing - but nice.

    I'll have a word with Mother about it's scheduling.

    I confess, I was given a couple of DVD's of it, which I gave to close friends. Vanity? Maybe, but I'm quite proud of it, truth to tell.

    I was playing Online last night, & some kid was kicking off, trash talking everyone after every hand, it was so depressing, & soon the whole Table was arguing, & I thought "enough, I'm off, I don't need all this nonsense". Moments later, someone came on the Rail, "hi tikay, just wanted to say your Docu was terrific, very inspiring, thank you". Quite made my night. You'd never guess who it was, either.......

    Repeats for this month are at the following times/ days:

    Tomorrow (Friday 16th) @ 15:30
    Saturday 17th @ 06:00
    Tuesday 20th @ 13:30
    Saturday 24th @ 13:30
    Tuesday 27th @ midday
    Friday 30th @ 06:00

    We will put some repeats in the evening in January

    I must of seen this programme 4 or 5 times lol, another couple of views & i will know TK better than he does :)

    My life is so dull in comparison, but i never leave the house !!

    I was on your table last night TK, all i can say is the joy of mini view. (bet i was getting called allsorts lol)

    Yeah, guessed you were on Mini-View, as you never responded. You are not wrong, one particular player was well dissing you, time after time. Only when he lost the hand though Funny that, eh?

    If you don't mind me saying, you abso run over the 2 Tables we shared last night (25p-50p), as you did the previous evening, iirc. I thought you ran a little above expectation last night, as we all do some nights, but that aside, I thought you played incredibly well, & you were a right handful. Owned me good & proper.

    I play pretty tight, as you know, but there are some spots - 2 or 3 per night is enough for me - where I happily get the lot in, & I did that v you last night 3 times.  0 for 3, & counting! And you had position on me on both Tables, that's a well awkward spot for me.

    The thing is, as you well know, in Omaha, if we have a biggie, our hand is pretty much face up, & it's perfectly fine to call pre with quite a wide range. Last night I could not get a single hand to hold v you, lol.

    We went to war once with my A-A-x-x v your Q-Q-x-x, & instead of leading out, as you do by default (see the flop, bet the flop....), you checked, & I snap knew you'd hit again! So I managed to lose the min that time. The rivered trip 9's pinched a bit, though, lol.

    I'm on the Omaha Cash Tables every night I'm not working now, so that's your Xmas pressies paid for, marv......

    Im glad this programme went down well i found it so inspiring a proper rags to riches story and all it took was a lil hard work, there is hope for the rest of us haha.

    Now i know when its on again think i might even watch it again.

    Your welcome. was telling everybody at work today :S they dont even play poker so i was just talking to myself?! thats how much this story got to me.  all i can think is what a remarkable life, really just shows what a person can do without a hand out and a little can do attitude.

    He's certainly one of my hero's, and I hav'nt even got a job anymore.
