moved to community suggestions, is this the deathnell for any posts

I have recently had two posts moved to community suggestions, which to me means they have been kicked into the long grass.

Nobody ventures there, and skypoker never respond to posts in there, although I stand to be corrected.

I know that my posts have had response on General Poker chat, but expect no response from now on.

I would challenge Skypoker to either respond and tell me that this is not true, or watch how many responses threads that are moved get after they are moved.

I would appreciate anyone from Skypoker to, or any players who have posted in community suggestions or in general poker chat, that have had posts moved, to let me know if it is worth posting suggestions in future.

    Also i agree pointless using community suggestions as ppl rarely comment or pick it up. IMO put in GPC and leave it there. 

    No point having community suggestions thread topic as it doesn't get used from either end

    Exactly, in GPC you get a response, moved to community suggestions, no response.  I had interest in 2 ideas, now it is kicked into the long grass.

    So if Skypoker have a community suggestions forum, I believe that they should reply to each suggestion that is posted there, or is moved there, or what is the point of coming up with suggestions?

    Your right mate, please go into community suggestions and see how many of them have a reply from Skypoker.  I'll gladly give you a quid for each one.

    Community suggestions might as well be Orfords wallet, nobody has seen whats in there.

    Community Suggestions is not used optimally by Sky imo and neer has been>

    I hope that they will realise that we are all cynical about that section of the forum and make some effort to show that they actually do read it!. All reasonable threads there should get an acknowledgment by sky at least!

    There is 100000000000% more chance of Feedback and action if the thread stays in GPC. This has been demonstrated before.

    Sky Community Suggestions = No response or a half hearted 'we shall take a look at that and get back to you'.

    Sky Technical Queries = Change of name to Community help & Advice as in 'dont bother with us with this problem'

    Sky Poker is getting more and more elitist month by month. I miss Sky Rich who used to help out and advise the general community. That personnel touch has gone now IMO.

    LOL-- He flappin better had mate!!--- Because if sky Jordan dosn't exist I really will have no choice but to suggest community suggestions should just suggest off back where it came from and leave us all to suggest stuff to Richard Orford or sumfink---- then no-one will listen to our christmas wishes!!!!!!!!---- (except Orford, obviously ).

    Sky Des used to listen, sky Rich used to listen, Sky bernie used to listen, jeeezuzzz, even sky rudolf listened once, now we got no-one!  They could at least pretend, I think they are too embarrassed to show their faces because nobody can figure out how to re-size the tables!!

    Good morning Gentlemen, & in particular 67bhoys.

    I'm sorrry you think that "Community Suggestion" is not read by the Suits, simply because they do not respond. That is an incorrect assumption. ALL Threads are perused.

    I'm afraid, however, it is NOT possible to respond to every suggestion, much as they are welcomed. Often - usually in fact - suggestions come in which totally contradict each other, & they would have to employ someone full-time to answer them all. That is just not do-able, no Poker Site could EVER respond to every question & suggestion. Sky Poker have a LOT of Clients - a long way into 5 figures - & suggestions flood in from every direction, via various mediums - here, Customer care, Facebook, Twitter via e-Mail, PM, da de da.

    Sky Poker set this Forum up so we could all have a little fun as we play our poker, but of late, more & more people are using it to knock the Company. If you have a complaint, the route is Customer Care, if you have a suggestion, the right Board is appropriate.

    There is another route, too - "Ask tikay". I sometimes get a week or so behind, but I respond to EVERY question in there, & always have done. (Leave aside the nonsense bad-beats & those dripping with sarcasm). 
     
    The "Community Suggestions" Thread IS read, every single day, by the Suits. It is, end of.

    It's pretty easy to stand there & criticise, but try wearing their shoes.......they would need to employ someone full-time if they were to be obliged to respond to every question. Imagine the cost, including overheads, of employing someone to do that. What, £30k pa? £40k pa? Instead, that money is allocated to the Promotional Budget. Where would you prefer it spent?

    I hope that makes some sense.

    PS - I'll try my best to respond to your questions as & when I can - you know that - but I will not be replying to rude,or sarcastic Posts, nor will I respond to trolling.
