Cancelling registration

Quick question, I have won a satellite into a main event, which I may not be able to take part in, if I unregistered would I get the buyin?

     Get in touch with customer services if you cant play they will sort something out for you. Dont just de-register or you will lose your stake!

    hmmm will have too, its the UKOPS main event, which i really wanna play but i have family commitments, so upset the fam or play poker haha hmmmm tough one!!!

    I doubt they can do anything here but GL speak to C/S

    they are being uber strict and one person i have heard had to cancel their registration as cant be transferred etc

    You  wont have any luck on this one im affraid. Others are in the same boat as you. The problem i believe is, if it was say a primo seat, they can easily put you in the following weeks primo, in this case that is impossible, as i said others have tried and failed to get out of this one but gl anyway

    Try customer care live chat, tell them you can't play and they may credit your account with the buyin

    ive gt an idea ask the customer care if they can transfer the ticket to me and il give u 80 20 on anything won sounds good to me.

    I've never had a stable internet connection and because of that have had a  few refunds of the ME buyins. But I guess this is a £220 event so that wouldn't be as easy.
