The self-styled PLO8 Chump, @ajmilton , somehow won last night's 1,306 runner Mega Mini, collecting £2,512.30 for his efforts.
The old boy has been around here at Sky Poker for a while - nearly 10,000 SNG's (almost all PLO8) & 5,000 MTT's (ditto), but I doubt he's ever had a score like this.
A miracle to behold, in the same way that an ugly caterpillar somehow turns itself into a beautiful butterfly, the Chump has emerged as a Champ.
Humble, modest, self-effacing? Nope, none of those things, he'll never stop telling all & sundry about it.
Message to the Chump - put a bit of those winnings side & come along to SPT Glasgow or Manchester.

Feed up of new starters winning
I had the 'pleasure' of sharing the last two tables with AJ. Unfortunately he was sat to my immediate left and used/abused his large stack very well. Made life extremely difficult for me and was a worthy winner. If only my AQs had beat his 77. There was a big yeah when I saw the Q on the flop till I noticed the sneaky 7 sat beside it. GG me.

I have to say was not expecting to win this tourney. In fact,
I was one game away from not playing it at all.
I won entry into the mega mini last Sunday via a free roll,
and cashed for £31.00 that will keep me going (I thought) for a few weeks,
Well, 6 days later I have £11.18 left in my account.
Do I play it safe, and play the 7.45 plo8,
or poop or bust and play the mega mini .
By the time I had made my mind up, late reg had finished for the plo8
My aim (with any luck)was to replicate the previous week, and just coast into the cash, which is what I did, but managed to hang around a lot longer this time.
Glasgow spt… doubtful (but not ruled out)
