Sky Poker Table - Pop Up

Recently brought a laptop with internet explorer 8.

On the old desktop, when I would browse the internet during a game, when a new hand is dealt or its my turn the Poker table would pop up.

On the laptop, nothing happens other than a flash on the taskbar or on the odd occasion it will pop up.

Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

    Hi Wenga

    Firstly, welcome to the forum.

    You could try running IE8 in compatibility mode. That's what I did when I first upgraded from IE7. On the top right of the screen there's a few options, one of which is tools. If you click on that and go to compatibility view settings you can then list skypoker.com to be viewed in compatibility mode. That should help.

    Failing that you can always do what I've done and just use Google chrome. A lot faster but unfortunately it won't solve your problem as the windows don't automatically pop up.
