Is anyone else having problems with viewing their poker points? I get this message since the last 2 days. "INFO_NOT_AVAIL"

    I'm getting the same thing. It's not the first time this has happened - last time it took best part of a month for Sky to fix it :/

    Aww okay cheers m8. Dunno if you spoke to me the other morning but was on phone so didn't see lol (when we was playing 20 or 30nl cant remember)

    Not that I am aware of, no. I know they were investigating it, but I don't know what progress (if any) they made.

    I'll mention it to them again.

    Is this the same thing that prevents access to the 'bonuses' section of our accounts?

    I haven't been able to access this for weeks now, no clue when tokens expire. Just get taken to this screen however I try to access (browser vs client, multiple different browsers)
