What strategy can you adopt with all in sat tournaments?

Have entered a few of these tournaments but as you are forced all in on every hand I can't see that it's anything but a lottery

    Play them when there is overlay.
    Only play for fun on other occasions.

    I try them regularly they are a good springboard into bigger tournaments for little outlay if i win two in a week that covers the points i need for the freerolls

    I usually fire up 3 or 4 & logout. If I watch them I NEVER win. ;-)
