ICM blow up?

I know normally my call would be fine, but wondering if it's completely terrible when you take ICM into account. Payouts were:
1st £935.55
2nd £564.79
3rd £341.30
4th £268.54
5th £228.69
6th £190.57
7th £154.19
8th £117.81
9th £84.89
10th £84.89
11th £57.52
12th £57.52
SS had about 24kish iirc on the other table. Next was 40kish and I was 3rd/4th in chips at the time. I think one mistake was 3b pre.... AQs is a fine hand to flat and I def. should have done that. But once I 3b, I can still fold and be in a good enough position to at least make the final table and a decent finish - instead, I thought if I win this flip I'm a decent lock for 1st or 2nd. Thoughts?

Once you 3-bet we have to call it off really as otherwise it would be wasted money and we can still be in good shape - I don't think ICM has too big an impact with 12 left to make this a ICM blow up.
