Who won what on Thursday, plus a reminder & a quick quiz.

Yet again, despite the terrible ( = hot) weather, all 4 Headline MTT's covered nicely, coming in around 25% over Guarantee. Long may it last.

Quick reminder that satellites to SPT Brighton start on Monday. Easily my favourite venue of the year, & we always get a good atmo there.

    £6,000 Hitman Main

    Last time I saw @BooBooTheB was at SPT Las Vegas, where his A-K ran into something immovable, but nothing was going to stop him last night & he got the lot. As is usually the case, he just played the Main & Mini last night, so that's his entries sorted for the next month & a bit.

    Great effort by @MH_2010 in 4th, heading off @StayOrGo and @rndmmuppet.

    @BooBooTheB 1255000 1 £1011.28 + £282.83 Head Prizes 6

    £1,500 Hitman Mini

    Good to see Redmond win this, he was one of the original Team Sky Poker members back in the noughties. Can anyone name all 5 people in this photo?

    Sounds like both 2nd & 3rd are cricket enthusiasts - GowerPower & sillymid, the latter of whom has been giving us splendid updates on the Cricket World Cup. Sadly, it looks like David Gower's long stint on Sky Poker cricket is nearing it's end, he is not on the CWC commentary panel, ditto Sir Ian Botham. Sad times.

    @lolufold 714000 1 £225.36 + £97.30 Head Prizes 17

    @GowerPower 0 2 £131.20 + £19.95 Head Prizes 5

    @sillymid 0 3 £79.43 + £25.62 Head Prizes 6

    @supercrazy 0 4 £63.55 + £17.63 Head Prizes 5

    @Dbryon 0 6 £43.64 + £18.16 Head Prizes 7

    One of my fave forum posters had a good run, days after hammering a nail clean though his finger. He said it never hurt. Where there's no sense......

    Thanks @Tikay10, it was an insane run, satellited in for £3, and I was down to 1/4 of a big blind with 4 left and somehow managed to spin it up. Played with some great players too was good fun. BR challenge is now complete so will update that thread!

    Also I think this thread is in the wrong section and should be in Poker chat?

    Thanks for spotting that. I'm losing the plot, nothing more certain.

    Moved now.

    was nailed on him winning, he did me with his bad aq call too and shoulda been out and me sat on 300k (bboooooooo) he did matthew with a 3 outer too a few hands earlier (although was stacked to call for a bounty)

    sadly his mate rndmuppet loved him beating my kk with his aq, wouldn't have been so joyful if boot was on other foot i wouldn't have thought...

    anyway, the clock keeps ticking and the wheel keeps turning

    peace and love
