Who won what on Thursday

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 161,320

Last night was the last "normal" schedule before UKOPS kicks in, & the numbers were not great, with both the Main & Sheriff missing Guarantee, albeit not by much.

I'm gonna be Mr Glass Half-Full & predict that folks were keeping their powder dry for UKOPS. I think that's called "whistling in the dark".

    £1,500 Hitman Mini (£1,785)

    bluemoo967 does not put much volume in, but was 7th in Wednesday's Main & then got the lot in last night's Mini. That'll pay for a few UKOPS.

    Flopper-Wopper nutter bloke was 5th.

    At the risk of making a fool of myself, I think 6th placed @STEPARK1 might be a member of Team MOTHER @Amarie . Possibly.

    SPT Grand Final Semi (24 entries)

    Just look at Jaystac, won his UKOPS 02 seat in the Semi-Final & then, in the SPT Semi which kicked off at the same time, went & won his SPT Manchester seat too. Is he Dara O'Kearney in disguise?

    That man WOW1tsAndy bagged one too, am looking forward to meeting him in Mancy, & HANSON is coming to the party as well.

    Unlucky for @68Trebor who seat-bubbled.

    Hi TK,

    With regards to the Manchester SPT Seats, if someone was to win more than one ticket, would this be credited in cash or as an extra seat?

    If it's an extra seat and one doesn't have the opportunity to use this extra seat what would happen with it? Do Sky keep the cash equivalent or does the player get credited with it (also including previous SPT seat tokens)? Thanks.

    oioi, Lord Crush itt.

    In answer to Q1, here's the T & C;

    3. Each player is eligible to win up to a maximum of 4 seats for the SPT Grand Final through satellites. These can be used for Day 1a and Day 1b at a maximum of 2 per day.

    So, in short, it's shown as another seat won, up to a maximum of 4.

    "If it's an extra seat and one doesn't have the opportunity to use this extra seat what would happen with it? Do Sky keep the cash equivalent or does the player get credited with it (also including previous SPT seat tokens)?"

    Do Sky keep the cash? They wish.....

    Here's the T & C for Question 2;

    4. If a player wins multiple seats for the SPT Grand Final and does not use them all when playing the event, the value of the unused seat or seats will be credited into tournament tokens. i.e 5 x £110

    5. Any unused SPT seats from a previous SPT may be used in part to buy in to the Grand Final. e.g if you have 1 spare seat you may buy a SPT Grand final seat for £330 (£550 minus £220). This is to be done at the casino on the day of the event.

    Note that as to T & C #4, to avail yourself of unused Grand Final Seats, you MUST turn up & play one bullet minimum, you can't just swerve the Grand Final completely & get credited for the seats.

    Is that all clear? If not, let me know & I'll try to clarify.

    TK is prob at the gym having his afternoon nap, so hope this helps...(copied from the T's & C's on the promotion page)

    Don't do yourself down, you played 2 sats last night & won a seat in both, that's not easy. You also won a 79 runner BH last night if I'm not mistaken.

    See you in Manchester mate, & I'm sure you'll be fine, a bit of ring-rust will do no harm.

    You playing any UKOPS? If so, VBOL.

    PS - welcome to the forum, what kept you? ;)
