    I suggest you speak to Customer Care. Nobody on the Forum can assist with these matters.

    Don't worry though, Sky Poker won't "rob you" or anyone else.

    Possible causes of this:
    - Min withdraw is £5
    - Sometimes your money will be "Held funds" - This is just while Sky checks that a win is legit.
    - Do you have an active casino bonus that you need to wager through? (You should be able to simply forfeit this bonus and withdraw your cash if this is the case)

    But yeah as Tikay posted, best bet is speak to Customer Care and find out why you can't withdraw your balance.
