....when the game continually keeps kicking you where it hurts!

I know I commented on a post the other night saying I'm starting to come to terms with how the cards sometimes roll...just continually seem to be on the end of the bad ones though ;-(

I thought nose defeats in horse racing and late equalisers in football were bad but...

Hang in there liv. It's a brutal game when we are running bad, but there's no feeling like it when we run good. Try to roll with the punches & move on.

A bad beat on the river no doubt but you see much bigger odds than 21/1 made all the time on here. And you did only have a pair after the flop. I saw two full houses beaten by quads in a hand today. We all have good runs and bad runs. Stick with it and the good runs will come. Good luck.

I'll give an example. Last week I entered 2 MTTs, winning 1 and coming 5th in the other and I had some outrageous good luck. Today I played in another MTT and went 42 hands before I won one. Onwards and upwards.

Cammykaze EDIT. 44 unknown cards, 2 jacks remain, leaving 42 cards of no use. Divide both 42 and 2 by two and it gives you odds of 21/1.
