Morning.
Not a great night for online poker, but for those who like to sunbathe it was the nuts. Glorious weather & online poker are never good bedmates, so irrespective of any underlying trends - which are not great - yesterday was always going to be painful. This was compounded by wall to wall Premier League football, including Man U & Liverpool. Online poker had no chance last night.
Both the £1,000 BH & the Predator Main covered by exactly £10. If VAR existed for poker, both would likely have been disallowed. Mega Stack covered by £100, Quickdraw was a push - bang on the number - but worst of all the £2,500 Mini missed by £250 (50 entries). Not sure I can ever remember the Mini missing by that much, & I doubt it's missed at all more than a handful of times in it's entire history.

This was Bournemouth beach yesterday. It's actually a slightly naughty image, as telephoto lens tend to distort terribly, & it was nothing like as rammed as it looks. Even so, it was well busy, & those sun-seekers sure had no plans to play poker.

Quite the result by mikster76 who was completing a hat trick of wins in 4 days. Missing for a month until late last week, he marked his return by winning Sunday's Turbo, took down a £1,000 BH on Tuesday, & topped all that by winning last night's Main for £1,450. That's some rush.
