    EV of 88% pre apparently, 87% after the flop, 93% after the turn...... and zero after the river!

    Incred, the old 4-4-4-9. Can't be many worse starting hands in O8.

    Sometimes newbies to 08 think 4-4-4-9 is trips, or a set. Truly.

    Yes, it's annoying, but we scoop 83% of time, so we have to occasionally live with the beat. We want coups like that all day.

    To be fair I think he could have started with quad 4's and I would have found some way to lose the hand yesterday.

    The benefit of PLO8 is that, in theory, even when we get outdrawn we can rescue half the pot with the low. In holdem there is no 1/2 pot when your KK gets outdrawn by A4, QQ by 22, AJ by J9 etc etc etc (all last night, only played a handful of MTTS, had an early night).
