There was a full Site Outage of all SB&G Products (Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo Sky Poker etc) this evening from around 1725 until approx 18.22.
Service has now been restored.
If you believe you suffered loss due to this, please speak to Customer Care, though be aware they are likely to be extremely busy due to the nature of the problem across all Products.
For any matters unresolved this evening a full mop up will be carried out no later than Thursday morning, please bear with them whilst they work through it all. They cannot process claims for refunds via the Forum, they need to go via Customer Care, but feel free to raise on Forum if not sorted by Thursday morning & I will ensure they are passed to the relevant teams. Customer Care will shortly be briefed on what & how to settle where appropriate.
For those playing MTT’s, if you were affected the standard T & C’s for settling interrupted Tournaments will apply.

I and have gone into the T&C but was unable to find the relevant section relating to this issue having been affected by this outage, not a biggie as I cashed but from being 3 of 11 in a £5 BH when I eventually was able to reconnect I had less than 1bb with other players on monster stacks, I did contact CC but was disconnected.

Customer Care, understandably, are extremely busy this evening, & I doubt they have been briefed by the Poker Team yet.
Please speak to them on Thursday morning, & if appropriate, they will deal with the matter.
