Morning.

As almost always the case, Monday's traffic was decidedly subdued, with Turbo, Quicky & MidEx all missing guarantee by small amounts. In fact it's the 4th Monday in 5 that Quickdraw has missed. Long before Online Poker was even invented the Boomtown Rats knew that Monday's were bad.

Don't forget it's Shrove Tuesday today. Pancakes, num num num.

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£1,295)

Whilst not a frequent player, when scooby78 does play he tends to go for the 7 @ 7 where he's a season ticket holder. He had a deep run last Tuesday, into 15th place, but went all the way last night.

Runner-up lundie splits his play almost exactly 50/50 between DYM's & MTT's & is profitable at both. Almost all his play is at the £3 & £5 level where he pretty much gets the lot. Prior to playing this he won the 279 runner £5.50 £1,000 guarantee BH that kicked off at 6.30pm, & he won most of his DYM's yesterday. Here's a man who knows the level he can comfortably win at, & sticks to it. LIKE.

In 5th was goldnballz, who had earlier binked a Sunday Major seat in the nightly freeroll. He's another long-term profitable player, just eking out a steady side income year after year. Tax-free too, which is a bonus, but it's not Paula free, she gets 50%.

    £8,000 Marksman Bounty Hunter (£9,540)

The last significant score for darius1993 was last year's Easter UKOPs where he won event 25, the Hyper BH, & here he is almost a year later popping up with a Main Event win.

Runner-up 0321 has a puzzling alias, which is actually a dialling code in Italy. More useless trivia from your daily correspondent.

In 5th was Uncle Ungolate, bidding for his 2nd Main Event win of 2021, having won Predator in January. He had a really good session - 5th in the Main, 2nd in the 279 runner BH won by lundie, and was 1st of 149 in the Rebuy BH that went off at 19.10.

    £1,500 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,680)

The--Don is something of a wandering minstrel, playing a variety of sites & formats as they take his fancy. He even plays Short Deck, which is about as weird a format as poker has ever seen. Primarily he's a cash player, and a profitable one too, and Sky Poker won't ever get rich from his Tournament entries - it's taken him 12 years to play less than 700 MTT's. No idea why he does not play more as he's clearly handy. He won a Mini Major in 2017, & last night was his 2nd Mega victory. Famously, he ran 2nd in the UKOPS version of Reload three times in 6 nights last November. Maybe he should follow the path blazed by craigcu12 & gradually transition to MTT's. I think he'd do very well - not as well as craig, obviously - but well enough. He certainly played well last night & was in a different county to runner-up shire.

As Mega FT's go it was a strong one too, with the likes of jakescol & heddoh amongst the finalists.

    £2,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£2,550)

IamAll_En enjoyed his best result since he won the Sunday Major in November for over £5,000.

    jakescol, 3rd in Don's Mega, was 4th.

Sunday's Sheriff winner ufud was 6th, despite not taking a single head prize.

    £1,500 Reload Rebuy B/Hunter (£1,839)

Yay, the giant is turning, The Bates took down Reload then went on to run 2nd in MidEx. Those two scores were enough to restore him to the Top 30 Most Profitable MTT-ers on Sky Poker in 2021. And so ends his longest absence from the Top 30 in at least 5 years by my dubious reckoning. Who wants to bet he'll be in the Top 10 by the end of next month?

Note Cheezy in 3rd, well done mate, hope you are keeping well.

Another good night for Mmmchicken, 5th in Sheriff & Turbo winner.

A real tough podium this, with destinycod 2nd & Super_Oli 3rd. Won't have been too much limping three handed in this one.

2 wins in 2 nights for Richrash93. On Sunday, aside from winning the £6,000 BH, Richrash93 was 2nd in Quicky, & he went one better last night & took it down.

    £1,500 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,500)

The closer went to three real Sky Poker veterans. By my reckoning, those three have been on Sky Poker for a combined 39 years. Sky Poker don't get everything correct, far from it, but they must be doing some things right when players are that loyal.

We revert to "fun music" for today's clip, though I'm not at all sure Mary Whitehouse would have approved.

I'm too busy conquering the world of $0.10 ante Short Deck to chase @craigcu12 tail.

Happy to hide in his shadows
