Spot in the 8:45pm Mega Stack BH

Evening,
Would like some advice on the below hand - should I be always calling the all-in on the turn or is it a sigh fold.
Given that we have the king of hearts in our hand and cover both of the villains involved, it leant me towards calling, even though it wasn't a pleasant spot to be in. I also knew we would almost certainly have redraw outs if we were behind to a flush. Shouldn't have many 5s in their range.
If we had a different king to the king of hearts, I would've almost certainly folded this spot as we don't block flushes and are likely behind with very little equity- is my thinking correct?
No particular notes or reads on any of the opponents.
Don't often play anything £11 or above (albeit I used a token towards the buy-in for this tourney anyway) so any advice would be of huge help to me. Managed to double back up soon after but then exited after losing a big flip with AK - my speciality!

Also bb can have a huge amount of 5x so the assumption they don't have many in their range isn't correct imo
Yeah in hindsight there are multiple 5x combos that they can have in the big blind. That said, I would've expected a 5x combo to have raised my bet on the flop, given that we're 3-way and are fairly deep-stacked. Other than A5, which I block, I don't give the villain who went all-in on the turn much credit for a 5.
I do agree that checking the turn would have been a better option in this scenario, although I would've likely called a river bet.
