    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£1,050)

    waller02 took 7 @ 7. He is a remarkable case-study in what happens if you work on your game. His first game here was in 2008, & between 2008 & mid-2019, he played around 21,500 games, accumulating a profit of some £3,500. Roughly speaking, that amounts to £0.16 per game. From mid 2019 until now, he played a further 3,500 games in which he earned a profit of £9,000 - that's £2.57 per game.

    2008 - mid 2019 - £0.16 profit per game

    Mid 2019 to date - £2.57 per game

    That's a bit of a rough and ready calculation, but you get the point. I asked him how the improvement came about, & he said it was all down to the coaching he received from @chicknmelt. As in all competitive activities, the harder you work, the better you get. Incidentally, he uses the same RNG as Mr "Sky Poker use a cheap RNG".

    4th was PRHack93, with low stakes boss Allan23 in 6th.

    £6,000 Hitman Bounty Hunter (£6,150)

    _Smoothe_ - which I always want to pronounce Smooooooooooooth - is becoming a real Hitman specialist. Not only was he winning Hitman Main for the 2nd time in two weeks, he won the Mini version last year. Not just Hitmans either, he has a Predator Main victory on his CV too.

    BooBooTheB continues to churn out the results since his recent return to Sky Poker, 3rd here and definitely one to look out for in this weekend's SPT Online, for which I note he is entered.

    Darty has been getting results here for 13 or more years now, & he ran 4th on this occasion.

    £1,500 Mini Hitman (£1,680)

    yaxley won the Mini. Not a player I'm familiar with, so I used the Forum search function & all sorts of stuff popped up, not, I hasten to add, in any way connected with this yaxley. At least, that's my firm assumption.

    £1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,240)

    Lord Awkward, aka @HAYSIE was 3rd, with BooBoo in 4th, his second FT of the night.

    £2,000 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£2,000)

    Crushy took Sheriff, but the real story was runner-up coo1-um, who runs the PLO8 League. He needed this result to get out of trouble on the night, and he gained entry via a satellite. Most satisfactory. And for good measure, he won a £220 SPT Online seat in today's draw.

    In 3rd was f3nix35, who has been MIA for over a fortnight, with scotty77 4th.

    Really impressed with the alias of the chap in 5th. Earlier this month he ran 3rd in a Reload.

    £1,500 Reload Rebuy B/Hunter (1,845)

    Yay, GREGSTER got his Reload win. In the last few months he's finished 6th, 5th & 2nd twice, so I'm sure nobody will begrudge him this win.

    2nd was MattBates. Runner-up in Reload is near the top of his range these days, so congrats to him. He's another who won an SPT seat in the Giveaway, though I fancy he will be out of his depth at that level.

    Best British Sportsperson

    So far;

    Darts - Phil Taylor

    Jockey - Lester Piggott

    Golf - Nick Faldo

    Boxing - Chris Eubank

    Today we take a stab at Best British Track & Field athlete.

    My short-list is;

    Daley Thompson

    Colin Jackson

    Steve Cram

    Steve Ovett

    Sebastion Coe

    Paula Radcliffe

    Jonathan Edwards

    Linford Christie

    Mo Farah

    Some of these have doubts against them due to, you know, dodgy supplements etc.

    To me, this one is easy.

    Daley Thompson

    And how about this for one of THE great sporting photos of all time?

    Great write up as always, thanks.

    Sports one is a toughie today. I love athletics, watch all the Diamond League meetings and can't wait for Olympics to finally go ahead.

    The Cram/Coe/Ovett era was just before my time, but have seen the races in which they dominated the middle distances, great rivalry. For me though, it would be a toss up between Jonathan Edwards and Mo Farah, with slight preference for Edwards. The fact he still has the World Record he set in 1995 shows just how impressive that was.

    I think Kelly Holmes, Roger Black (just unlucky to be in same era as Michael Johnson) and Steve Backley deserve honourable mentions.

    I would agree with giving the nod to Daley Thompson, after all the others are just running and jumping aren't they?

    How you can leave the bates off your athlete short list is scandalous.

    No mention of Roger Bannister either? I think you are just making these lists up now, like you do with the SPT seat winners.

    @MAXALLY

    Roger Bannister running the very first 4 minute mile is one of my earliest memories. I only excluded him because he was a bit before the time of most readers.

    Also no mention of Jessica Ennis Hill, surely an oversight?

    @Enut

    Not a mistake, no. What has she won, apart from being 2012 Olympic champion, a three-time world champion (2009, 2011, 2015), and the 2010 European champion?

    It's been a dream since I was young boy to beat the mighty @MattBates HU in an MTT and I finally did it. I know he is not the player he once was, but still pleased to get the better of the legend ;)
