Who won what, Tuesday 10th August - PKRPar wins Gold Rush Main

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 159,855

Morning.

A mixed night for MTT traffic, with the two biggies - Main & Summit - covering but coming in at a 4 week low whereas Quickdraw was at it's highest for the same period.

In sport, the big news was the Messi deal being confirmed, he's now officially a PSG player & joins up with his old mate Neymar. How good does Pochettino run?

£700 7 @ 7 987

£1,000 BH £1,000

£5,000 Gold Rush Main £5,490

£1,500 Mini £1,935

£1,000 Mega £1,260

£5,000 Summit £6,200

£1,500 Reload £1,740

£1,500 Turbo £1,500

£1,000 Quickdraw £1,900

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£987)

    herbkim has previously made the final tables of 7 @ 7, Mini & MidEx, but I can't see any big wins on the CV so last night's 7 @ 7 looks like a first. Well done Herby, now do it again.

    £1,000 Bounty Hunter (£1,000)

    Almost exactly a month ago Foresight won this, & he did it again last night. Had some decent cashes too, including 2nd in Avenger Main which helps explain why I've run out of "Foresight" puns.

    Palace was third, whilst Danny in 6th had to settle for no prize money & just one head prize.

    £1,500 Mini Gold Rush (£1,935)

    splashies is loving life right now, he took the Mini last night for the 2nd time in 6 nights, & made the FT for the second straight night having been 4th on Monday. Very popular fella, I've never heard a bad word about him.

    Dog Bloke was 6th, & having also been 6th in the Main, qualifies for a teeny-weeny slice of Final Table Jackpot pie. Only £50, but it all helps.

    £1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,260)

    In the Main the last two nights BooBoo has finished 4th & 8th, so he'll be a little frustrated, but he took Mega last night to ease the pain.

    Monday's £1k BH winner THETANK was runner-up, & in third was MrDooWop, who won last Wednesday's Main.

    @BooBooTheB 630000 1 £189 + £156.41 Head Prizes 9

    @THETANK 0 2 £126 + £37.98 Head Prizes 4

    £5,000 Summit Bounty Hunter (£6,200)

    JScorgie enjoyed what I believe was his biggest win to date, certainly in recent times. He won a Sharpshooter Main in June for £1,400, but this win was worth nearly £1,900.

    tonyp142 is cashing in everything at the moment & was a fine third, whilst Dog Bloke (5th) was making his third FT of the session, finishing 6th, 6th & 5th. It could have been so different.

    @Jscorgie 310000 1 £1147 + £720.73 Head Prizes 8

    @skyflyer 0 2 £682 + £164.06 Head Prizes 3

    @rspca12 0 5 £248 + £37.50 Head Prizes 1

    @trusoldier 0 6 £217 + £425.58 Head Prizes 8

    £1,500 Turbo Bounty Hunter (£1,500)

    Bleurgh took Turbo, whilst RCord, having run 2nd in Reload, was also 2nd here. Doubt RCord will complain though, had an amazing weekend with a trio of wins - Mega, Sheriff & Turbo. That's form.

    IrishRose, back from a stint of playing Live Poker at the Hippodrome in London's West End, was third.

    @Bleurgh 245000 1 £306 + £128.15 Head Prizes 4

    @RCord 0 2 £191.25 + £136.99 Head Prizes 7

    @IrishRose 0 3 £114.75 + £53.44 Head Prizes 4

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,900)

    Monty got back on the winning trail last night after that extraordinary session last Wednesday when he FT'd Sheriff, Turbo, Quickdraw & Reload.

    Gambelo, 6th in Turbo, was 6th in this too, so a very similar night to Dog Bloke.

    @nishg 0 2 £209 + £223.94 Head Prizes 11

    £1,000 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,180)

    Another good night for skyflyer, 2nd in Summit & then winning MidEx.

    markycash (3rd) continued to impress upon his return, he seems to have made a FT every night. He's still struggling to get his streaming sorted at the moment, God help everyone when he does.

    @skyflyer 177000 1 £218.30 + £109.82 Head Prizes 5

    @conga38 0 2 £129.80 + £49.96 Head Prizes 4

    Perhaps the weirdest version of Dream On by Aerosmith ever. This was a tribute performance just after the Boston Marathon bombing, & Aerosmith are a Boston-based band.

    Fabulous win for @PKRPar. I saw a fair amount of his play last night. He’s simply awesome to watch in action these days. Not so good to have on your table though ha ha!

    My favourite Aerosmith song ( usually turned up to 11) but I had never seen or heard that version.
    Thank you.

    Thanks for the kind words again Tikay. I actually Final Table bubbled the Main too. However when this happened there was still around 50 left in the Mini, so it didn't feel too bad at the time. All @PKRPar 's fault too!
