Who won what, Monday 22nd November - Marksman Main goers to a carnivoran

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 160,429

Morning.

Crikey, it's cold this morning.

MTT traffic was pretty much as expected last night, with the £5,000 Main making a healthy £6,210.

In the Man United Manager saga, Poch is now odds on to be the next permanent Manager, although it's a very thin market.

Simeone is out with the washing at 33/1, which rather suggests he's not in the frame, sadly. And for heroic comedy, Steve Bruce is quoted at 20/1. They must be having a laugh. I mean, I actually like the bloke, but potential Man U Manager? You can have all you want with me. He might well be in the frame as an Interim Manager, he'd steady the ship, but I really can't have him in my mind as Man U permanent Manager. He'd be better suited to a small club, someone like Everton perhaps.

£700 7 @ 7 £882

£5,000 Marksman Main £6,210

£1,500 Mini £1,550

£1,000 Mega £1,460

£1,500 Sheriff £1,800

£1,500 Reload £1,500

£1,000 Turbo £1,290

£1,000 Quicky £1,300

£1,000 MidEx £1,180

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£882)

A nice surprise to see child-eating monster the-ogre take 7 @ 7. Seems to play most of his poker in the early morning, little £50 BH's or Timed stuff, so 7 @ 7 is quite a step up in class.

timeforbed retired in 2nd, with pedrobob - careful not to make a typo there -5th.

    £5,000 Marksman Bounty Hunter (£6,210)

Max_Bear seems to have emerged from the woods, was 2nd in Friday's Avenger Main then took last night's Marksman. He has an odd claim to Sky Poker fame - he has TWICE won over £9,000 in an MTT. Was 2nd in an SPT Online to chrisdboy last year for £9,600, & won a UKOPS Main in 2019 for £9,300. How many other Sky Poker players can you name with two £9,000+ binks?

2nd was Crushy, which paid for last night's session with plenty left over, & Heddoh was 5th.

    @Max_Bear 1035000 1 £846.11 + £293.50 Head Prizes 9

    £1,500 Mini Marksman (£1,550)

lolufold took the Mini, no surprise there. Was great to chat with him at SPT Manchester & also to meet his beautiful daughter. At least, I assume it was his daughter, if it was his young lady he's batting way above his average.

In 6thb was long-suffering Everton fan Toffeeandy. Wonder what he'd give for Everton to finish 6th this season? 6th from top that is.

    £1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,460)

Waynelee generally plays both Mini & Mega most nights, & got his maiden featured MTT win last night.

In doing so, he denied StayOrGo the win, & Graham later went on to run 5th in Sheriff.

    £1,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£1,800)

heddoh made 3 FT's last night, finishing 5th in the Main, 5th in Quickdraw, with the cherry on the cake being 1st in Sheriff for north of £600. If I could make that much playing MTT's every night I could retire.

IrishRose was 5th, which reminds me - she chopped a nice "Live" Tourney at the Hippodrome in Leicester Square over the weekend, collecting about £2,500. With 4 left she was stone last, but inexplicably the other 3 all then went to war in the same hand. She then went on a bit of a roll & very soon they decided to chop it up. Well done Rose, & enjoy your Vegas trip.

neenio had a splendid night, firstly winning the 19.10 £1,000 Rebuy for £340, then following up with Reload for £307. Been here 8 years now & his Sharky graph has yet to do anything except steadily head north.

In 5th was THETANK who also ran 3rd in Quickdraw.

    £1,000 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,180)

A stunning result for 0_BALLOX_0 who has enjoyed very little success in his 45 years here & been on a vicious downswing for a while. That all changed in the early hours of this morning with easily his biggest ever win. That Sharky graph looks a whole lot better now.

Even though there's a massive difference in quality between the top 3 and the rest of the league even 6th looks well beyond us after recent results. Nice easy game at the weekend @Tikay10 which will hopefully get us back on track.

Everton are struggling so much that Bruce would probably turn us down.

:D Can confirm she isnt my 'daughter' but is actually my girlfriend. But yes, I am proudly batting above my average ;) Might need to start getting the hair dye out soon though. Any recommendation?

Great to see you again in Manchester mate. Also, I really enjoyed the vlogs you guys put out. Good work and having more content from SPT's is fantastic, so thank you for that. . Any word on a Vegas trip next year btw?

    Thanks!
