Charity run ( David goggins challenge this weekend)
Hi i hope this is ok to post on the forum. Myself and a friend will be completing the David Goggins challenge this weekend which entails running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours (48 miles/77km total). We decided to raise money for the charity 'CALM' which provides free services and support related to suicide in the UK. I'll post a link below explaining more of the work the charity does.

We have already had overwhelming support and surpassed our initial goal, just making one last push to try and raise as much for the charity as possible so any donations or shares would be much appreciated, or even making those you know who may be struggling with life or grief aware of the charity and the free helpline they provide would be great.
