    I've always thought the monthly promos work a different way.

    Maybe Sky James or Sky Sam pitch a promotion idea.
    The pitch includes estimated cost and profit.

    When the promotion ends and the target is smashed they get a bonus, maybe everyone does, I like to think so.

    Month after month, rinse repeat.

    Stopping a promotion wouldn't save a penny, it would just mean ...
