Paper Headlines - The reason I scroll past them

This sums up the British press /MSM in today's strange times.

Two other things to note...

1) "Daily newspaper of the year" ...really?
2) 80p. ?? .....cheaper than toilet roll I suppose B)

    I thought this was a much better example.

    You might have noticed it if you werent so busy scrolling past them.

    The mainstream media hardly cover themselves in glory.

    I remember the shellacking given to Milliband and his supposed left-wing loony nonsense not so long ago. Mail/Express/Sun frothing at the mouth.

    And when Cameron (a decent man, who will be remembered for a horrible gamble he was forced to take) introduced the exact same policies, those self-same papers were praising "his" vision.

    But, for all its faults, mainstream media is better than the alternative. Today's new media are totally biased in favour of whatever platform they support. In far more extreme ways than the Sun/Mail, or Mirror etc. Make the Morning Star look balanced.

    And are even more adept at never letting the facts get in the way of their message.
