    FYI Mr @wynne1938 , if you have placed this on Sky Bet, they DO NOT now do double winnings on a single winner in a L15. I have stopped doing L15's for this reason. Maybe look at doing a couple of patents instead (3 horses, 7 bet line).

    Thanks Max ,I like patents. I remember in the late 1960's an uncle of mine who used to like his horse racing said to me ,he does patents ,choosing races of 9 or more runners in handicaps.
    Wise words me thinks.
    I will have to try and discipline myself.

    It always comes down to , do you really think the 4 timer is going to come up as much as a winner , no of course you dont which is why lucky 15 is rubbish as you putting same stake on a singlees as the 4 horse accum . If you want to stick to £15 Ie £1 for each selection as a total stake . the staking plan I suggest is

    4 x £2 singles = £8
    6 x 50p doubles = £3
    4x 50p trebles = £2
    1 x £1 ew accum. = £2

    Depending on odds if quite big

    change trebles and accum to

    4 X 30p ew trebles= £2.40
    1x 80p ew accum = £1.60
