Thanks for the posts highlighting the technical issues you have been experiencing. The IT team are currently investigating the cause and resolution. If you do experience any issues such as this in the future please do not hesitate to contact the customer care team.

    Update:

    I've just been refunded for that dodgy DYM this morning so thanks to all Sky staff who helped in responding to the matter so quickly esp Gareth in online chat who I reported it to, Sky Bernie and all Sky technical and support staff.
