Morning.
Regular readers will know I structured the write-up slightly differently yesterday. Having spent some time perusing the avalanche of comments readers made, for & against, it came out exactly even so I think I'll try the same thing today.
Guarantees came to £34,000, and prize pools were £46,310. How does that compare with the same day last year? Well last year's Day 2 came to £46,280, this year £46,310, an increase y-o-y of.... 0.006%. Shall we call it a draw?

£20 seems a good price point for a Rebuy on Sky Poker. Folks never went mad, though one unfortunate soul had 8, plus an add-on.
One of the better aspects of a UKOPS is that we see old friends return, as was the case here when @Wacko90 returned to the Sky Poker streets. Apart from Avenger Main last week, we've not seen David since the Spring. Been here almost 14 years & won all the big stuff, & I believe this was at least his third UKOPS victory. Been to Vegas with us a few times too. Doubt anyone on the site has ever said a bad word about him.
In finishing 2nd, @Upswing enjoyed his biggest score ever here, almost double the previous best which was earlier this year when he won a Mini Avenger.
A nice profitable night for 3rd placed @jawzindawz who only played this, the Main (in via a satellite) & Mini.
5th, & making his first FT of the series was @PBKR. Once he learns how to play K-K properly his results will improve.

£110 entry UKOPS 09 £15,000 Bounty Hunter (£20,800)

At 5.30pm @myjokras00 paid £5.50 to enter a £300 BH & won it to take home £118. Hours later he won the £110 Main collecting £3,760. Even better, he was on a Free Entry won in the Elim Freeroll thing, as he won £330 worth of UKOPS seats in Week Two. £3,760 off a Freeroll is pretty neat imo.
That win was all that prevented @Hoff92 being the first player to book two wins in the series, as he was runner-up here after winning the Day One Mini. He'll surely not be far off 1st place when the new leaderboard is published later today.
@bigfatfish (3rd) was making his 2nd FT of the Series.
More worrying for everyone (cue Jaws music) was @Tedson who was 5th. By the end of the evening, he had made 5 Top 10 finishes in Days 1 & 2 which might just be enough to see him hit the top of the leaderboard, especially as the Day 1 Leader never played last night. It'll be close between @Hoff92 & @Tedson for sure.

£1,260 seems a lot of cash for winning a Sky Poker Mini but that's what @jordz16 took home after emerging on top. He was 8th in the Day 1 Main too. Very good player & a serious sports bettor.
A tremendous result for runner-up @Lee_Boy who collected £617, his previous lifetime best cash on Sky Poker was just £151.
In 3rd was @Hod4k997 who was enjoying his first cash of the Series, though he did win Friday's MidEx.

SPT Vegas winner @roddy28 won this, & I notice that on the same day last year he also had a win, UKOPS 13 that time. Nice bloke but not someone you ever want on your table, especially to your immediate left.
I'm not at all familiar with runner-up @grzanka but he ran 9th in the Rebuy earlier in the evening so a good night for him, just a shame he never played anything on Day One.
Having played every single UKOPS so far, @T_Bundy secured his first FT & leaderboard points by finishing 6th. Expect better results from him before the party is over, he's more than useful, & won a Major & Avenger Main in the space of two weeks in August.

91 rated @cabbaz had drawn a blank before topping this but it was only a matter of time before the results came, & we'll see plenty more of him before the series concludes next Sunday.
@tonyp142 did remarkably well to run 2nd despite all sorts of domestic drama thanks to a freak storm which caused plenty of angst in Chez Tony.
4th was @Dozza who celebrated by running up an 8 streak at £10 & £20 Turbo DYM's & ended up playing 35 of them, right through the night until past 5am this morning.
In 5th was @Drewett who had three Top 10 finishes on Friday & was sitting 3rd in the Leaderboard after Day One.
