    It's not been released yet.

    I'm only guessing, but it'll probably be released as soon as SPT Manchester is out of the way. (SPT Manchester is this weekend).

    If & when I hear further, I'll let everyone know on the Fortum.

    However, ALL Promotions are released on the Promo Page, which can be accessed by clicking the blue "PROMOTIONS" tag above, or here;
