Who won what, Sunday 31st March. Amazing scenes as grinddd wins the Major for 2nd week on the spin

Morning.
This day last year
"There was a very high class winner of the Main as @destinycod romped to victory. Most of his play is elsewhere, or in the Live arena, & he's played just 110 MTT's on Sky this year. However, in March alone, he has had two x 5 figure scores playing Live events. Very useful indeed, & as it happens, a natural coach. If he ever decided to sell poker coaching, I'd strongly recommend you invest, he's a natural at explaining the what & why of poker. He attends most SPT's too, so if you see him, just ask, though try & get in before he finds the bar. Was a tough FT too, 3rd was @RobRenzi, who won the Mini Major 24 hours earlier, 4th was @Jessieak who we know is super handy, & 5th was @grinddd who won Sunday's Major. So the winners of both Major & Mini Major 24 hours earlier were on this FT.
And to frank those form lines, @RobRenzi was 4th in last night's Mini too, so he collects £250 of FTJ cash. Winner of the Mini was the redoubtable @waller02 which was his best result of 2023 so far. He has some terrific notches on his CV including 5 or 6 Mains. Of those, 3 were Avenger Mains. In fact I doubt anyone has a better record in Avenger Main in which he has made 7 FT's - 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 6th. Still needs to finish 5th though.
@235467 had yet another solid sesh, winning Mega & 5th in the Rebuy BH, but most impressive of all, he also made the FT of a PLO MTT & a PLO8 MTT, finishing 4th & 2nd. As most of you know, I'm biased in favour of PLO8 & PLO players, but to mix PLO8, PLO & NLH at the same time & do well in them is quite a neat trick, as the games are completely different & have different rules. Non PLO or PLO8 players may be surprised to know that in the "Low" pots in PLO8, flushes, sets, pairs, 2 pairs, boats & straights don't count, though there is an argument that a Wheel is a straight. (Technically, it's a 5 Low). And in both PLO & PLO8 of course we MUST use two cards from our hand - 0, 1, 3 or 4 is no good, we must use 2. Try mixing those with NLH & there's a monster accident waiting to happen.
9 @ 9 was won by @kawamattyz who lives under the illusion that he is the unluckiest player in the world. No further comment in case I say something I regret.
There were wins too for @neenio (Reload) @Steed432 (Turbo) & @tonyp142 (Quickdraw)."

It's Easter Monday & I've been invited to play a round of golf at a proper posh course, so this will have to be somewhat briefer than the usual Monday version of War & Peace.
Traffic was pretty good with one exception, but what an exception that was as the Major racked up a nasty £1,200 overlay. Ouch. Remember, Sky give away 3 seats per day to the Major in the Freeroll, so that comes to £2,100, meaning the real overlay was over £3,000. Reduced guarantees for the Summer can't be far away.
Ignoring the overlay, what a FT the Major was, with @grinddd leading home @Limp2Lose @Itsover4u @Sharki0 @SoLack & @Vertigo. Hard to imagine a more experienced FT. Remarkably, not only was the 5th time @grinddd has won the Major but he won it last week too, so that's two weeks on the spin. Extraordinary. Runner-up @Limp2lose has a glittering CV, while 3rd placed @Itsover4u must be due a Major win soon as he's never won it but has been 2nd three times. The 4th, 5th & 6th all have great CV's here too. Some FT.
An interesting result in the Mini as @urabanhust who joined Sky Poker just 48 hours earlier took the win in what was just his 26th MTT here. One to keep an eye on. 2nd was @Natnug, 5th @loololollo with good old @DiggerMan in 5th, hoe hoe hoe.
The £6,000 BH went to @CU180 (no relation to Jimmy...) who has had a fair degree of success in his 12 years here. @bnana has had a great week or so which has got better as it progressed, 10th in Sharpshooter 8 days previously, 6th in Wednesday's Predator & 2nd in this.
7 @ 7 was won for the third time by @Boxster, & continuing the German car theme, @Bmw335car was 3rd in the £1k BH which was won by the fishy-sounding@Stickleb1.
A fine double for @JScorgie who won both Sheriff & Turbo.
As always on a Sunday, the Usual Suspects were well represented, as in addition to those previously mentioned, 9 @ 9 went to @Froozle, Quickdraw to @Natnug & MidEx to @hazelwoo05.
My tee-time awaits (rain permitting) so that'll have to do for today.

A contributing factor to the overlay in the Sunday Main, was that the 6pm satellite didn't run. This has 8 seats guaranteed, but usually gets more.
It needed 12 runners, but only got 11, before being cancelled unfortunately.
