Chopping pots in poker tournaments

Could someone please tell my why in tournament poker on this site, One player goes all in with AQ, another calls with AQ and were both after the bounty of the short stack with A7. AQ wins and we chop the pot but we dont chop the bounty. why?????

The AQ with most chips wins the bounty.

software cant cope with splitting basically. it should be split but sadly not.
