    Hancock. Sums up all that is awful about some politicians.

    Was there a need for a "VIP Lane"? Quite possibly.

    Was there a need for politicians to award contracts to themselves and their mates to make obscene profits at taxpayers' expense? No.

    And, if any politician or former politician cannot understand and appreciate that, then we are well shot of such people.
