The death toll in Gaza now exceeds 50,000 (FIFTY THOUSAND) almost all of them innocent civilians.
I don't think the World realises what's happening. 50,000 murdered. That's 17 times more than 9/11.....
Meanwhile, here in the UK, the newspapers are headlining the "pothole crisis", everyone is up in arms as Heathrow was closed for a day & there's a hoohah about the Pension Triple Lock & Inheritance Tax.
We don't realise how lucky we are, do we?

This day last year
"MTT traffic was probably somewhere near expectations last night. It's not of any significance, but I found it interesting that the nightly 19.18 PLO8 made £345 (69 entries) which is right at the very top of it's range. Two days earlier, on Saturday, it attracted just 44 entries (£220), which is lower than I can ever remember it. Weird how traffic can fluctuate so.
The Main came in just two entries shy of guarantee, which was probably above expectations, with @GFKIJKLL taking 1st prize. That was his 2nd Main Event win this month, as he won Avenger Main a few weeks ago, other wins this month include Summit & Sheriff. 2nd was @suitNboots who seems to win seats to the Sunday Major via the nightly freeroll with almost monotonous regularity. In 3rd was @snoxx11 who holds the unusual distinction of having won 9 @ 9 three times in a three week period recently.
Last Wednesday/Thursday, @RogueCell won MidEx, & she was back in the winner's circle last night, this time for the Mini. The other podiumates were @spam600 & @jimjazz153
Quite a turn-up in Sheriff where @nugsybear who had been AWOL from MTT's for over 4 months polled up & took 1st place from a small but select field, the FT of which included @loololollo @Steed432 @rspca12 & @Froozle.
@tigher took the 9 @ 9, seems to do especially well in both 9 @ 9 & Reload, with FT's galore & a sprinkling of wins.
Fresh from victory in last Friday's BWBH, @rspca12 had another good night, 1st in Quickdraw, 2nd in Turb, 4th in Sheriff & 9th in Main.
Turbo went to @PokrFreak who you may recall won last Thursday's Hitman Main.
If we exclude a random satellite, @Jonnyboy31 has won his last two MTT's, a £200 BH on Friday & last night's 7 @ 7.
Perhaps the night's most predictable result was @shire40 winning Mega - that's at least 16 times he's won it now. Extraordinary.

Generally speaking MTT traffic was pleasantly busy, though there were two exceptions, with the Mini Major & 9 @ 9 missing by £180 & £319 respectively.
As it was Vegas Finals night, we'll start with that. 3 got through the Quarter, headed by none other than @madprof. Bubble-boy was @MAXALLY & I shudder to think how many Vegas sats Alan has bubbled. I don't really do sympathy in poker, but if I did, he'd certainly be near the front of the queue for his attempts at Vegas qualifying.
None of the 3 QF "winners" survived the Semi, with Final Seats going to @MD_575 @Natnug @Gambuuuuul @HANSON & @Super_Oli.
Of those 5, only @Gambuuuuul got a package, the other two going to @gregos619 & @Fat5tack5. There's not a lot I can tell you about any of them (2 are not on Sharky) but all 3 have been here a dozen years or more, on & off. And I do know @Gambuuuuul is a big cash-game player, & in MTT's Sharky tell us that his ABI is an eye-watering £122 & he has a 94 rating. Handy, then. Good luck to all 3 of them in Vegas.
Turning now to regular Sunday night business, @loololollo won the Major, & in fact he won Sheriff too. Sharky tell us his MTT profits on Sky Poker alone now exceed £430,000. Has anybody here won more than that at MTT's, & excluding cash? It was his eighth Sunday Major win. His best two results on Sky Poker were both around £8,000, being a UKOPS Main & a UKOPS High Roller. Goodness me, the boy can play. A very impressive effort in 2nd by @kgee who only returned on Friday from a 5 month break. 3rd was @Loganater and it was a similar story, he only returned on Friday after a 5 YEAR absence, & has played just 20 MTT's lifetime here.
No real surprises in the Mini with a 1-2 of @AlexaAJ & @rancid.
The £5k BH had a high class FT with the win going to @Han94x who seems to be really quite profitable & I recall him winning a Gold Rush Main a while back. @Morris707 was bidding for a 4 timer inside a week having already won Rebuy BH twice & 9 @ 9 but he came up just short in 2nd. 5th & 6th were @235467 & @lJAMESl so it was a tough old FT.
One who did manage a 4-timer was @Frankson8 who already this month had won an £800 BH, 7 @ 7 & Rebuy BH, & he won the £800 BH again last night.
@HAVEIGOTIT proved he has by winning 7 @ 7. He won a £1k BH & a Rebuy BH this time last year. If I'm not mistaken, he was with us in Vegas about 10 years ago, he came as a guest of Darren, one of our qualifiers.
Last night's Rebuy BH went to @BttrThnHec who seems to have hit a purple patch, he won Avenger Mini 10 days earlier & a £300 BH the same night.
I have to congratulate @wynne1938, last night's Mega winner. Any 87 year old who can beat those pesky kids deserves admiration. Incredible result, well done Wynne. Imagine winning an MTT at that age?
99% - literally 99% - of the play by @risg is in cash games but he has been dabbling in MTT's recently & took down 9 @ 9.
By contrast, @hazelwoo05 has played 17,000 MTT's & a near identical number of MTT's & won Reload. Had some decent scores down the years including a Main, & 3rd in a Major, but his best result was winning a 425 runner Freeroll to Vegas in 2017.
Finally, in Big Boy Watch, Turbo went to @Sharki0, @GSmith13 won Quickdraw & MidEx went the way of the young & ridiculously good-looking @Super_Oli.
