The Sky Poker bird

So my girlfriend has claimed on multiple occasions that there is a bird that makes the same sound as the chips on sky poker. In have long remained sceptical of this, as she has made accusations of hearing sky poker when I have being out only to discover sky poker isnt open and it is the bird.

Well I dont know how but I have finally realized she is right there is a bird making sky poker chip noises.

I've never had the sound on while playing cards I'll have to try it

my girlfriend is going to try and see if we can find the type of bird from that app. There are two large trees outside which get quite a few different birds so its trying to isolate the sound amongst the others.

Just open the App (it's free), and the app instantly identifies any birdsong & displays it like this which I heard over the weekend. You get a sample 'photo of each bird too to help identify them.

For me, it's invaluable when I'm out golfing, as I play a lot of wooded parkland Courses which have a lovely variety of birdlife.

That bird app is amazing. I use the plant identifier app all the time and just end up in awe.

Agreed. I use both almost every day. Not all good things cost money, & they give me endless joy.
