Our most likely replacement?

So as we know the human population will likely be greatly diminished or even go extinct over the next few centuries due to nuclear war and climate change. One question that goes through my head is if there was going to be another species that evolve to become technological space aged civilization which species is most likely. I have Narrowed it down to five choices.

Racoons

I think Racoons because they more intelligent then people realize and are more likely to survive the hotter climate.

If "nuclear war & climate change" were sufficient to wipe out the world's human population, it would also wipe out the world's animal & bird populations too, they are no more resistant than we are.
